Cheroot holder

Meerschaum, amber. This holder for a cut cigar (cheroot) is carved with the head of a man with a large moustache, long hair, and a “Poděbrady”-style feathered military cap – probably the likeness of George of Poděbrady. A green cord with two acorn-shaped tassels are tied to the stem. Leather case, printed inside: “Jindřich Kleissl, Plzeň”.
